We combine 3D BIM design and workflow methodologies with photorealistic renderings and building energy efficiency, tailored to each client’s needs, which reaches its highest expression in the Passivhaus standard. Through this, we achieve excellent planning and ensure our clients fully understand our projects, in addition to delivering exceptional comfort, health, cost savings, sustainability, and high-quality design. We are BIM Managers, experts in working, designing, and training in BIM; as well as Passivhaus Designers and Tradespersons, designing and managing the construction of energy-efficient architecture according to the Passivhaus standard.

Since Arquitectura Nítida was founded, we have developed a wide range of projects, driven by an ambition to seek out new challenges and deliver innovative solutions, constantly striving to improve. We have completed numerous residential and renovation projects, acting as the general contractor for several of them. We have also developed public projects, such as the new Emuasa laboratory and the new Belén de Casillas building, in collaboration with Urbamusa.
Our portfolio also includes both private and public landscaping projects, such as the garden on Isla de Corfú Avenue in Alicante. Currently, perhaps our most ambitious project—and the next step in our journey—is the Ágora multi-family residential complex, which we designed in Torre Pacheco and hope will begin construction soon.
