At UNO100 Arquitectura we are convinced of the importance of quality and efficiency in the way we work and build.

We combine the work methodology and 3D BIM design with visualisation through photorealistic infographics and energy efficiency in building, tailored to each client, which has its maximum expression in the Passivhaus standard. As a result, we achieve good planning and understanding of our projects. In addition to great comfort, health, savings, sustainability and design quality. We are BIM Managers, experts in working, designing and training in BIM. We are also Passivhaus Designer and Tradeperson, designers and directors of efficient architecture works according to the Passivhaus energy efficiency standard.

Featured projects:

Since UNO100 was founded, we have developed projects of many types, with the ambition to look for new projects and solve them in a new way, always improving. We have carried out many housing and refurbishment projects, acting in some of them as a construction company. We have developed public projects such as the new Emuasa laboratory and the new Belén de Casillas building, together with Urbamusa.

Also landscaping projects, both private and public, such as the garden on Avenida Isla de Corfú, in Alicante. Perhaps our most ambitious project at the moment, the next step in our trajectory, is the Ágora multi-family residential complex, which we have designed in Torre Pacheco and which, we hope, will soon begin to be built.
