Our brand Buensueño has existed for 20 years but the family tradition in this area goes back to the 60s. This path has lead us to be specialists in comfort. We manufacture all kinds of foam and pocket spring mattresses, from those with zipped covers to the traditional close-edged ones, and accessories like mattress toppers.

Up to this day, our facilities have grown beyond 10.000m2. Products of the best quality are made possible by our cutting-edge machinery and our team of dedicated employees. Every part of our mattresses is made with care to deliver great quality manufacturing, the best finishing touches and contemporary looks.

Since the beginning, Buensueño aims to create the best suited products for our clients and to deliver them fast. In addition to having our own fleet of trucks, we offer many delivery options that ensure a good treatment of the products until they reach our clients facilities.

The Product Design team invest their time developing our brand, image and new products that fit the criteria of our clients. Everything is looked into: from the external looks to the feel and quality of the inner materials. Our factory is ready to make every single part of the mattress, including the pocket spring units, leaving us complete control of its features, quality and supply time.

Every contract project has different requirements and needs and we can cater to them all thanks to our ability to control every part of the process.

Our compromise every year, is to establish new measures to reduce our environmental footprint and make a positive impact in our area. We manage this by working with local suppliers, participating in local projects and setting up measures to reduce, reuse and recycle our waste.

Industrial capacity

Our company has the capacity to make 500 mattresses, 150 upholstered bed bases and 40 upholstered storage beds per day. We are able, thanks to our advanced machinery, to control and produce almost every part of the mattresses we manufacture such as: Mattress quilting (single-needle and multi-needle), mattress border quilting (stitching and ultrasound), decorative embroidery, automated glue spray, mattress packing (with folding and rolling function to save space and make transportation and manipulation easier).
