It is made of recyclable material and uses LED technology

Newgarden, a company from Murcia that specializes in the design and manufacture of lighting products and outdoor furniture, has presented its latest launch, a street lamp – called Paquita – that works with solar energy and offers 1,200 lumens with a power of 13 W. With a height of 2.14 meters, it uses LED technology and a range of autonomy that goes from 8 to 50 hours.

As it takes advantage of sunlight, it does not require any type of electrical installation, making it easy to locate in outdoor spaces. It can be used in three different modes: motion sensor (at night it lights up 10% and is fully activated when it detects the passage of people to return, 30 seconds later, at 10%), twilight mode (it lights up when it gets dark and goes off when the sun rises) or manual mode. These options are controlled from a remote control.

Designed and manufactured in Spain by Newgarden’s Product and Innovation department and available at Leroy Merlin stores throughout the country, it comes in two other versions: an over-wall, with a smaller size of 40 centimetres in height, and a wall light. They all share the same technology, modes of use and materials.
